This week, you will be designing a T-Shirt for your graduation. . .Rather than have it say "2014" (the year you will graduate middle school, your shirt will say "2018" (the year you will graduate high school). Follow the steps below to help guide you through the process!
1. Your shirt design should be "text heavy," meaning that most of your design should be your slogan.
2. Below are a few ideas to get you started (remember, just because someone uses the same slogan as you does not mean your shirts will look alike!!
- MMXVIII (2018 in Roman Numerals)
- Class of 2018 / So Fresh and So Clean
- It Has Been Foreseen / The Class of 2018
- Make an acrostic poem using the world "Class"

3. After you have picked out an idea. . .
4. Look through the gallery below and right click and save any images you need
5. If you need more images, go to https://openclipart.org/
6. Once you have all the images you need
7. Go to Pixlr.com
8. click on the butterfly
9. Choose "open image from computer"
10. Go to "studrive," "handouts" "johnson" and "graduation tshirt" and choose "Tshirt Template"
11. The template should open in Pixlr
12. In order to add more images to your template:
- go to "layer"
- choose "open image as layer"
- go to your lunch drive
- select the image you need to open
13. Click on the "A" icon in the Pixlr toolbox to add text
14. Remember: your shirt can have black, white, and ONE color!!
