1. complete the "Graphic Design Cereal Boxes and the Creative Process handout
2. Source the images you need online. You CANNOT use watermarked/copyrighted images and/or existing cartoons (unless you talk to Ms. Z. first!). A great source of free, non-copyrighted, images is here. DO NOT right click and save in the gallery view from Google images (you are saving a teensy thumbnail that will pixelate); you must click through to the large image.
A. Go to Pixlr.com
B. Choose "open image from computer"
D. Go to "computer" "studrive" "handouts" "zschaber" "cereal box design" and choose "cereal box design template"
E. The template should open in Pixlr
F. Go to "layer" and choose "open image as layer"
G. go to your lunch number drive and find a picture you need for your cereal box design and choose it
H. You picture should appear on the template in pixlr
I. Go to "edit" and choose "free transform" to resize the image
J. Use the tools in the toolbox to edit your image
