The Chattahoochee Riverkeeper is an organization aimed at protecting the Chattahoochee River and the environment surrounding the Chattahoochee River. The Chattahoochee Riverkeeper is hosting a a TShirt Design Contest.
Your TShirt Must:
1. Be unique!
2. Be about at least one of these topics (or something related to the Chattahoochee River):
-Having enough drinking water
-Fishing or Kayaking
-Stopping Pollution
3. Appeal to all ages of people, appeal to boys and girls
4. Be appropriate for school
5. Have the "dark aqua" color for a background (don't worry, I used this color on the template!)
Getting Started:
1. Come up with an idea and/or a slogan for your TShirt (you may want to sketch it out!)
2. Look at the gallery below, and right-click and save any images you think you will need
3. If you need images that aren't in the gallery, visit OpenClipArt
4. Do not use any images from Google unless you talk to Ms. Z. (they can't be copyrighted!)
5. Go to Pixlr.com
6. Click on the Butterfly
7. Choose "Open Image from Computer"
8. Go to "Studrive," "Handouts," "Johnson," and "Chattahoochee TShirt" and choose "00Chattachooche

9. The template should be open in Pixlr; it has a dark aqua background (you cannot change the background!)
10. Go to "layer" and then "open image as layer" to open your clip art
11. Use the Text tool to add your slogan (if you have one)
12. Use the other tools as needed
13. Save
14. Turn in on Edmodo
